Only five minutes walk to a great Cafe, Supermarket and the Coopers beach village shopping Centre, and three minutes further will take you on to the beautiful Pohutukawa fringed family friendly Coopers Beach.
Extensive decks on two floors with outdoor furniture to enjoy watching the waves lapping the shore. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms are located on the living floor . On the lower floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. One lower floor bedroom also has a kitchenette with a fridge/microwave and tea/coffee making facilities useful for extended family stays. Wide three car driveway or can accommodate a small boat There are four large smart TVs with Amazon Prime and Netflicks.
Nearby is Mangonui village with a number of restaurants and historic buildings and the famous fish & chips on the water.
A half hour drive will take you to Matai Bay, probably the most beautiful beach in NewZealand, and if you are into surfing, Taupo Bay is a similar distance.
